Stephen Tudway is a barrister in the London office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm's Litigation & Arbitration Group. Prior to joining Milbank, he practised for ten years from a highly-regarded set of barristers’ chambers in London, specialising in commercial litigation (especially Information Technology disputes), corporate and personal insolvency.
Primary Focus & Experience
Stephen has a special interest in Information Technology, having been a director of a company developing systems for use in retail pharmacy before becoming a lawyer. He has also acted in a broad range of commercial cases in both domestic courts and international arbitrations, including disputes relating to projects, construction and development, commercial spacecraft, partnerships and joint ventures, civil fraud, insolvency and asset recovery.
