Shigeyuki Ito is an associate in the Tokyo office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Project Finance Group. Before joining Milbank’s Tokyo office, Mr. Ito worked as an associate of the firm’s Finance Group in the New York office and as a foreign attorney at Nagashima, Ohno & Tsunematsu in Tokyo.

Mr. Ito’s experiences includes representation of financial institutions, export credit agencies, corporations and private equity funds on a variety of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including syndicated and acquisition financings, project financings and private placements.
