Regina Gromen is an associate in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Alternative Investments Practice.
Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Gromen’s practice focuses on structured finance and securitizations. She has also done work on private placements and in connection with various restructurings, including DIP financing.
