Randy Clark is an associate in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Tax Group.
Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Clark has experience advising clients in various types of transactions including lending and borrowing arrangements, securities offerings by US and non-US issuers, restructurings, bankruptcy reorganizations, debt tenders and consent solicitations.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Mr. Clark served as an article editor for the Duke Journal of Gender Law and Policy and as an article editor for the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Forum while at law school.
He received an “Empire State Counsel” designation from the New York State Bar Association for providing more than 50 hours of pro bono service in 2010.
