Paul Aronzon is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and is the Co-Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Financial Restructuring Group.
Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Aronzon has over 30 years experience in restructurings and corporate reorganizations, including extensive experience representing debtors and creditors in reorganization cases and out-of-court workouts, including exchange and tender offers, rights offerings, prepackaged and prearranged reorganizations, as well as acquirors of financially distressed companies or their assets. His engagements have ranged across a wide array of industries, including aerospace/defense, agriculture, airline, apparel, automotive, cable and broadcasting, chemical, commercial fishing, commercial real estate, construction, energy, entertainment, equipment rentals, financial services, food and restaurant, gaming, healthcare, housing development, manufacturing, mining and timber, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, project finance, publishing, retail, shipping, telecommunications, and textile.
