Nicole Leyton Rosser is an associate in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Tax Group.
Primary Focus & Experience
Mrs. Rosser’s practice focuses on all aspects of employee compensation and benefits law. She represents public and privately held companies, financial institutions, corporate executives and creditors’ committees on these matters in mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies and financial restructurings and other corporate transactions. She also advises clients concerning the ERISA aspects of investment products designed for pension plans and the structuring of such products, representing sponsors, underwriters and investors. Her focus on compensation matters includes equity and incentive compensation plans, qualified and nonqualified pension plans, and employment, severance and change in control agreements.
Mrs. Rosser also has experience advising corporate clients on income tax aspects of initial public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.
