Nick Angel is a partner in the London office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy. He leads Milbank’s European financial restructuring practice and is a member of the firm’s Financial Restructuring Group.

Nick has an unusually broad restructuring practice, regularly acting for prop. desks, special situation and event driven investors, creditor and bondholder committees, senior and junior lenders, debtors, management and insolvency practitioners. Nick has particularly extensive experience of analyzing and restructuring international enterprises with highly leveraged, complex financial structures (often using CoMI shifting and pre-pack techniques).
