Michael Pujol is an associate in the Munich office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy. He joined Milbank in 2005.

Mr. Pujol focuses on mergers & acquisitions and corporate advisory work with particular emphasis on private equity transactions.
His recent major transactions include the legal advice to:
- ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG on the sale of its Dutch and Belgian TV and print operations to a consortium of international media companies led by Sanoma Corporation.
- NYSE Euronext on the combination with Deutsche Boerse.
- Loyalty Partner on the sale to American Express.
- Axel Springer on the creation of a joint venture with Swiss publishing house Ringier relating to their activities in Eastern Europe.
- Levine Leichtman Capital Partners on the acquisition of Luminator Technology Group.
- Germanischer Lloyd on the acquisition of Noble Denton.
- Cerberus Capital on the intended takeover of Siemens telecommunication unit "Enterprise" (SEN).
- ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG the takeover of the pan-European TV, radio and print conglomerate SBS Broadcasting Group.
- The Carlyle Group and Advent International on the sale of HT Troplast AG to Arcapita.
- Apax and Blackstone on the sale of SULO Group to Veolia Environnement.
Mr. Pujol received his legal education at the universities of Cologne, Freiburg and Paris I (Sorbonne). He holds a doctorate degree (Dr. jur.) from the University of Freiburg and a Maîtrise en Droit from the University of Paris I (Sorbonne).
Mr. Pujol is admitted to the German bar and is fluent in German, English and French.
