Maximilian Schneider is an associate in the Frankfurt office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy. He joined Milbank in 2006.

Mr. Schneider specializes in corporate finance, including cross-border securities offerings, loan financings and acquisition finance, and financial restructurings.
He received his law degrees from the University of Heidelberg and the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. He studied law and economics in Bochum, Geneva and Heidelberg. Prior to joining Milbank, he worked for a renowned law firm focusing on financial restructurings and insolvencies.
Mr. Schneider is admitted to the German bar and speaks German, English and French.
