Mark McCrone is an associate in the Washington, DC Office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Arbitration Group.
Primary Focus and Experience
While at Milbank, Mr. McCrone has assisted diverse clients with various litigation issues. He has worked on numerous complex bankruptcy litigation issues, including issues related to the approval of plans in bankruptcy, adversary proceedings, claim analyses, and claim valuations.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Mr. McCrone received his J.D., with honors, from the Emory University School of Law, where he served as a member of the Emory Moot Court Society. He received his B.A. from Emory University, where he was a member of the Omicron Delta Epsilon Economics Honor Society and Phi Sigma Tau Philosophy Honor Society.
