Marc P. Hanrahan is a partner in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Leveraged Finance Group. He focuses his practice on representing banks and other financial institutions in senior lending transactions.
Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Hanrahan has extensive experience representing lenders in acquisition financings, including leveraged buyouts, tender offers and other going private transactions. He has handled major transactions for financial institutions such as Bankers Trust Company, Barclays Bank PLC, The Chase Manhattan Bank, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs Credit Partners L.P., HSBC and The Royal Bank of Scotland.
