Jonathon Jackson

Mr. Jackson advises leading corporations, financial institutions, private capital providers and investors on their most complex, high-stakes and strategically significant financing and capital markets transactions. His practice spans the full spectrum of public and private capital, with particular experience structuring and executing novel, bespoke and market-leading transactions across the capital structure.

Mr. Jackson regularly advises on high-yield and investment-grade debt, preferred and structured equity, leveraged and acquisition finance, direct lending and private capital solutions, special situations and liability management transactions. 

His experience spans a broad range of industries, including technology, media and communications, energy, digital infrastructure, industrials, insurance retail, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, biotechnology and aviation.
