Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Green has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in a wide range of domestic financings, including green-field projects, acquisitions and leveraged buy-outs in a wide variety of industries. Recent transactions include: the 512MW Bayonne Energy Center in New Jersey; the 845MW Shepherds Flat wind project in Oregon; the Ridgefield landfill gas-to-energy projects in California and Rhode Island; the financing of Equipower Resources Holdings, a portfolio of gas-fired projects in Massachusetts and Connecticut; the acquisition of Terra-Gen Power, a portfolio of 18 solar, geothermal, and wind projects; the Hudson and Neptune merchant electric transmission lines from New Jersey to New York; bids related to the potential privatization of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Midway Airport; and the $450 million acquisition of Aquarion, the water utility in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Mr. Green also has acted on behalf of lenders and sponsors on some of the largest and most complex project and structured financings in Latin America, including: the $3.8 billion Peru LNG Project and the Antamina Copper Mine in Peru; the $1.55 billion acquisition of Transelec, the Chilean transmission company; the Itiquira Hydroelectric Power Plant, the $1.4 billion securitization of heavy oil receivables by Petrobras Finance and the Dutra and Lagos Toll Roads in Brazil; the Cadereyta and Madero Oil Refinery Projects in Mexico; and the Alumbrera Copper and Gold Mine in Argentina.
