Jonathan (Jon) Brown is an associate in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Leveraged Finance Group.
Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Brown’s experience includes representation of lenders and borrowers in a variety of domestic and international financings, including acquisition and other leveraged financings, second lien financings, asset-based financings, working capital facilities, letter of credit facilities, and structured finance transactions.
Mr. Brown is currently on secondment to a host organization.
