Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Timmermann's experience includes representation of public and private companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other significant corporate transactions, including cash-for-stock and stock-for-stock mergers, asset and stock purchase and sale transactions, complex joint ventures, and reorganizations. He has represented both issuers and underwriters in offerings of debt and equity securities, including SEC registered offerings.
Mr. Timmermann has experience advising clients in various regulated and non-regulated industries, including energy, telecommunications, aerospace, financial services and firearms.
