Jerome McCluskey is an associate in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Leveraged Finance Group.
Mr. McCluskey is currently on secondment to a host organization.
Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. McCluskey focuses his practice on representation of banks and other financial institutions in senior lending transactions. He has extensive experience advising clients from a wide range of industries in connection with domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, bridge and mezzanine financings, and DIP and exit facility financings.

Mr. McCluskey is a member of the Commercial Finance Committee of the American Bar Association and a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
