Grace Lim is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm's Corporate Group.
Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Lim’s practice focuses on transactional and general corporate representation. In particular, her experience includes: representations of public and privately held companies and private equity funds in mergers and acquisitions and secured financings; public and private issuers in high-yield debt offerings; and ad hoc committees of noteholders in out-of-court restructurings.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Ms. Lim graduated cum laude from Loyola Law School and was Order of the Coif. She earned her B.A., cum laude, from the University of California at Los Angeles.
