Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Kennedy’s practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, financings and cross-border securities offerings, including high-yield and other debt offerings and equity offerings in the Asia-Pacific region, across many industries including telecommunications, power and energy, mining, transportation, manufacturing and property development.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Mr. Kennedy received his B.A. and LL.B. from Canterbury University in 1997 and his LL.M. (1st class) from Victoria University in New Zealand in 2000. He is admitted to practice in New York, is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, and is currently awaiting admission as a Solicitor in the United Kingdom. Giles is a recommended lawyer in Chambers Asia 2010 and IFLR 1000.
