Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Moser regularly represents banks, hedge funds and other market participants in the area of complex financing transactions, much of that focusing on structured finance transactions and derivatives (including structured hedging facilities in the energy and credit arenas, and securitizations of esoteric assets). He also has extensive experience representing investors in failed structured investment vehicles (SIVs) and collateralized loan obligation funds (CLOs), as well as in the workout of the swap, derivative and securitization portfolios of large insolvent financial institutions. Mr. Moser also represents issuers, underwriters, lenders and agents in domestic and cross-border financial transactions, as well as on domestic and cross-border workouts and restructurings.

Mr. Moser is recognized in Chambers USA as a leading lawyer in America for his work on structured products. He is a member of the Business Law section of the American Bar Association.
