Elizabeth Rosado is an associate in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Securities Group.
Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Rosado’s primary focus is on securities and general corporate matters, specializing in the representation of underwriters and issuers in connection with international and domestic equity and debt offerings. In Latin America, she regularly works on transactions across a variety of industries and countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Mexico.
Her recent experience includes an investment grade bond offering, tender and note exchange by a Chilean energy company, as well as the representation of underwriters in the follow-on sale of shares of Arcos Dorados Holdings Inc.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Ms. Rosado received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, and her J.D. from Columbia University where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
