Elisabeth M. Mullen is an associate in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm's Trusts & Estates Group.
Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Mullen's practice focuses on a broad variety of estate planning matters, including the formation and funding of a number of different types of trusts, charitable entities and related corporate entities, as well as assisting clients with many other personal planning needs.
Recognition & Accomplishments
While at Vanderbilt Law School, Ms. Mullen served as an editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. She has also received an advanced certificate in the field of estate planning from New York University School of Law.
