Deborah Ruosch is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Corporate Group. A partner since 1999, she has served as the hiring partner for the Los Angeles office since 2002. She joined the firm in 1995.
Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Ruosch assists clients in a broad range of corporate transactions. She represents public and privately-held companies, investment banks and private equity funds in public offerings, private financings, mergers and acquisitions and other sophisticated transactions. Ms. Ruosch also counsels issuers and holders of distressed debt securities in transactions that are designed to deleverage distressed companies pursuant to voluntary exchanges of debt. In addition, Ms. Ruosch provides ongoing advice on corporate governance and other matters to boards of directors and special committees of public and private companies.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Ms. Ruosch is a member of the Los Angeles Advisory Board of the Posse Foundation, a non-profit college access program that identifies, recruits, and trains public high school students from urban areas for enrollment at top-tier universities nationwide.
