David Mollo-Christensen is an associate in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Tax Group.
Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Mollo-Christensen’s practice focuses on all aspects of employee compensation and benefits law. He has extensive experience with both qualified and non-qualified plan design, implementation and compliance. He represents public and privately held companies, financial institutions, corporate executives and creditors committees on these matters in mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies, financial restructurings and other corporate transactions. Mr. Mollo-Christensen also advises clients on ERISA aspects of investment products designed for pension plans, including the structuring and legal disclosure obligations related to such products.
Prior to joining Milbank, Mr. Moll0-Christensen was an in-house attorney at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York where he focused on benefits, compensation, and tax matters for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the Federal Reserve System. He also assisted in the oversight of various facilities put in place by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York during the recent financial crisis.
