Craig A. Gibson is an associate in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Leveraged Finance Group.
Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Gibson represents banks and other financial institutions in senior lending transactions. He has experience in domestic and international financings, including leveraged buyout acquisition financing, secured and unsecured financings, second lien financings, bridge and mezzanine financings and dividend recapitalizations.
