Chloe J. Bloom is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm's Corporate Group.
Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Bloom’s practice focuses on all aspects relating to complex real estate deals, in particular in the renewable energy and gaming sectors. Her client representations include developers and lenders in connection with purchasing, leasing and financing land for use in energy projects, as well as casino owners and operators in connection with their real estate matters.
Previously, Ms. Bloom was an associate in the firm’s London office where her practice focused on energy project financings, representing domestic and international sponsors and lenders.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Ms. Bloom completed a joint honors degree in Law with South East Asian Law. In obtaining this degree, she spent one year at the National University of Singapore. Ms. Bloom is also admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
