Broderick Henry is an associate in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Corporate Group.
Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Henry's practice focuses on corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other cross-border business law matters. He has also advised clients on compliance with US Securities laws and regulations including the drafting and filing of documents with the SEC.
Mr. Henry has worked with clients on transactional matters in industries such as media, food products, oil & gas, and emerging technologies.
Recognition & Accomplishments
While attending New York University School of Law Mr. Henry spent a semester studying at the Université Paris II - Panthéon-Assas in Paris, France with a focus on French Civil Law and the laws of the European Union.
