Anna Brook is an associate in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group.
Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Brook’s practice focuses on pharmaceutical patent litigation. She has worked on several complex litigations under the Hatch-Waxman Act, in addition to appeals to the Federal Circuit. Ms. Brook has experience analyzing technology license agreements and addressing intellectual property issues that arise in corporate and financial transactions.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Ms. Brook received a B.S.E., summa cum laude, from Cooper Union. She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was editor-in-chief of the Harvard Law Record.
Ms. Brook has co-authored or assisted in preparing several patent-related articles, including “Focusing Only on Active Ingredient Patents Ignores Case Law Success Rates,” published in BNA’s Pharmaceutical Law & Industry Report, “Was the Concern That KSR Was a Game-Changer Justified?
