Mr. Bagley’s practice focuses on transactional representations and general corporate matters. He has experience in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, private financings, high-yield debt offerings and partnerships, and limited liability company and joint venture organization. Mr. Bagley also has experience representing clients with respect to general corporate matters, including corporate governance and federal securities law compliance.
