The Women’s Initiative steering committee, chaired by Deborah J. Conrad, includes male and female partners from across practice groups, offices, and firm management.
Many of our associates participate in the Women’s Initiative through one of four subcommittees:
- Professional Development
- Communications/Speaker Series
- Recruiting
- Balance (a joint subcommittee with the Associate Life Committee)
In addition, the associates’ Women’s Affinity Group organizes events and meetings to strengthen the network of women attorneys firm-wide.
