To help associates get acclimated, we have developed a robust mentoring program for associates in the first through fourth year classes, as well as newly-arrived laterals. Our mentoring program helps associates develop relationships with senior attorneys who can offer insight, guidance and support. We view the mentor’s investment as critical to our firm’s success.
